Once you have placed your order, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks to receive your Personalized Pendant.
All our articles are protected with a 5-fold PVD coating of gold.
This guarantees a durable coating.
With the right care, our products will last at least several years.
There are NO returns or exchanges on custom products as each piece is made to order. Once one of our custom products goes into production, it cannot be cancelled.
Jewellery should be stored in a dry place. If you do not wear the jewellery often, store it in the jewellery bag or box.
