The conditions for exchange/return :

You can make a return in all of the following cases:

My products were damaged when I received them
I received the wrong size
The product is not what I expected and I want to exchange it for another one
All products returned for exchange must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging. Otherwise we will not be able to process the exchange.

*Please note that personalized items, gift cards, earrings and promotional items cannot be exchanged.

You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.


Email us at to inform us of your intention to exchange or return an item.

Once your exchange or return has been approved by our customer service team, you can return the items to the address provided and will be notified by email.

In the case of an exchange, the new item will be returned to you; in the case of a return, you will be refunded the amount due by bank transfer in accordance with your original method of purchase.

ICE SWITZERLAND does not accept responsibility for lost items, so we recommend that you send your items by post and recorded delivery with advice of receipt.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns, you will have to pay a return and handling fee of 10% of your order (unless your item is damaged).



Please note that it will take a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed.

You will receive a confirmation email stating the amount refunded and the value of the original order.

After receiving the refund confirmation email, you must wait at least 5 working days for the amount to be credited to your account.

Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account and we therefore have no control over the time period described.

If your card has expired or been declined, we will offer you an alternative method of refund.

Personalized items, gift cards, earrings and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns or exchanges for size reasons are only possible while stocks last.

Items purchased as part of a special offer can only be exchanged if the item is damaged and the item is available.


If you are absent when your parcel is delivered, you must collect your parcel within the time limit set by the Post Office.

If you do not collect your parcel, it will automatically be returned to us by the carrier. We are not responsible in any way for uncollected parcels or if the address given at the time of ordering is incorrect.

If your parcel is returned to us, a refund will automatically be issued excluding the 15% shipping and handling charge, which will be at your expense.


Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
