THE CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN :
In all of the following cases, you can make a return:
– My products were damaged when I received them
– I got the wrong size
– The product is not the one I was expecting and I would like to exchange it for another one
All products returned for exchange must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with an exchange.
Please note that personalized items, gift cards, earrings and promotional items cannot be exchanged.
You have 14 days from the date of receiving the item to return it to us.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE / RETURN?
Send us an email at EMAIL to inform us of your intention to change or return an item.
Once your exchange or return declaration has been approved by our customer service department, you can return the items to the address indicated.Once received at our premises, you will be notified by email.
Your new item will be sent back to you in the case of an exchange or you will receive a refund of the amount due by bank transfer according to your original purchase method if it is a return.
If you do not receive an email from us within 28 days, please contact us at EMAIL and we will investigate the situation for you.
ICE SWITZERLAND does not take responsibility for lost items so we recommend that you send your items by post, registered with acknowledgement of receipt.
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns at the moment, you will have to pay a return and handling fee equivalent to 10% of your order (unless your item is damaged).
Please note that it will take a maximum of 14 days to process your refund from the date of receipt of your return.
You will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount refunded and the value of the original order.
After receiving the email confirming the refund, please allow at least 5 working days for your account to be credited.
Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account and we therefore have no control over the time period described.
If your card has expired or has been declined, we will offer you an alternative method of refund.
If you do not receive a confirmation email from us within 28 days, please contact us at email to find out more about the processing status of your return or exchange.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF ITEMS
Personalized items, gift cards, earrings and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges for size reasons are only possible while stocks last.
Items purchased on special offer can only be exchanged in the case of a damaged item and subject to the availability of the item.
If you are absent when your parcel is delivered, you must collect your parcel by the deadline set by the Post Office.
If you do not collect your package, it will automatically be returned to us by the carrier. We are in no way responsible for unclaimed packages or if the address provided when ordering is incorrect.
If your package is returned to us, a refund will automatically be made without the 15% shipping and handling fee that remains at your expense.
Your legal rights are not affected by our returns policy.
