All Custom Pendants are individually made by hand. After placing your order, it will take approximately 2-3 weeks to receive your personalized pendant.
All our articles are protected with a 5-fold PVD coating of gold.
This guarantees a durable coating.
With the right care, our products will last at least several years.
There are NO returns or exchanges on custom products as each piece is made to order. Once one of our custom products goes into production, it cannot be cancelled.
Jewelry should be stored in a dry place. If you do not wear the jewelry often, store it in the jewelry bag or box.
